REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience (2+ years specialty retail experience preferred)
Flexible (there when needed; weekends, holidays, overnights)
Tech Savvy (Google Docs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Smartphone; Apps; Instagram; Facebook)
Travel (domestically, on occasion)
Physical (can lift, carry or move at least 40 lbs./18 kilos + lots of walking around)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily store operations: Opening and closing of the store. Registers/POS: Operating, Running deposits, Change for till.
Customer Service: Cultivate relationships with customers. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of products & seek opportunities to share knowledge with team and customers. Assist customers with styling new looks & outfits.
Sales: Helps set, meets and exceeds sales goals.
Merchandising and Display: Maintaining standards. Restocking. Receiving new goods: Unpacking, Entering into Shopify, Tagging, Steaming, Placing on sales floor. Inventory.
Marketing/Outreach: Takes personal ownership and generates ideas for promoting the business, for events, and for new partnerships.
